I needed to find a way to add value to my clients so I opened a real estate brokerage to help locate properties directly from financial and investment firms. This led me to establishing multiple relationships both nationally and locally that gave me the opportunity to sell institutially owned properties. Having the opportunity to sell real estate at affordable prices allowed my team and I to create value to our buyer clients while creating customized marketing strategies that helped mitigate loss for our seller clients. To date we have represented the purchase and sale of hundreds of properties ranging from single family houses, condominiums, multi-family residences, commercial buildings, retail centers, mixed use and industrial properties throughout the greater Chicago and Miami market areas. Through this we have been able to promote homeownership, build wealth for investors and improve many communities. Real estate became a part of my everyday life at a very young age. Throughout my youth, I would help my father look for and remodel homes in the Chicagoland area. I quickly learned many different aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and HVAC. I went on to study at the University of Illinois at Chicago, earning my degree in 2008. All throughout college, I continued to work various jobs in construction. After graduation I worked in the telecommunications industry where I was consistently a top performer in both customer experience and sales. My background in construction, technology, and sales has proven to be invaluable, as I’ve been able to utilize my knowledge in order to help both buyers and sellers maximize their investments.
