In 2000 I started my real estate career working as a financing consultant for a property renovation lender in Chicago. I needed to find a way to add value to my clients so I opened a real estate brokerage to help locate discounted properties directly from financial institutions. This led me to establishing multiple relationships with both national and community banks that gave me the opportunity to list foreclosed and short-sale properties. Having the opportunity to sell real estate at great prices allowed my team and I to create value to our buyer clients. To date we have represented the sale and purchase of hundreds of properties ranging from single family houses, multi-family residences, commercial buildings, retail centers, mixed use and industrial properties throughout the greater Chicago market area. I enjoy what I do and provide the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism for each and every transaction.

I had the good fortune to join ParkVue Realty in 2004. Since that time I have had the opportunity to conduct hundreds of transactions for a wide range of private, corporate, and institutional clients. While I remain passionate about working directly with home buyers and sellers, I currently specialize in the management, marketing and sale of distressed or foreclosed properties for corporate clients.
